A delicious French dish made with potatoes, cheese, and bacon. Perfect for a hearty meal.

Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 g bacon or prosciutto
- 1 onion
- 300 g Reblochon cheese (or any soft cheese)
- 200 ml cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender. Drain and slice.
2. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion and bacon until golden brown.
3. Grease a baking dish and layer half of the potato slices at the bottom.
4. Top with the bacon and onion mixture, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
5. Add another layer of potato slices on top.
6. Pour the cream evenly over the layers, then add the sliced Reblochon cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
8. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
