Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g cooked shrimp
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp dill (finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Rinse the shrimp and drain them well.
2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red onion, and dill.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Toast the bread slices in butter until golden brown.
5. Spread the shrimp mixture onto the toasted bread.
6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
