A delicious and festive appetizer that combines shrimp and cream on toasted bread. Perfect to enjoy with a chilled white wine! Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g peeled shrimp in brine
- 3 tbsp full-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1. Drain the shrimp and place them in a bowl.
2. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the shrimp. Mix well.
3. Toast the slices of bread in a pan with melted butter until golden brown.
4. Spread the shrimp mixture on top of the toasted bread.
5. Arrange the toasts on a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
6. Serve immediately with a chilled white wine.
