Ingredients:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
- 1 cup seeds (e.g., sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup vegetable oil (e.g., coconut or canola oil)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, and seeds.
3. In a saucepan, heat the honey and oil over low heat until well combined.
4. Add the cinnamon to the honey-oil mixture and stir.
5. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
6. Spread the granola in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even baking.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool. Add the dried fruits to the cooled granola.
9. Store the granola in an airtight container.
