Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- ⅓ cup seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds or flaxseeds)
- ⅓ cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ⅓ cup oil (e.g., coconut oil or canola oil)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the honey and oil to the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are coated.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the granola is golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
6. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, add the dried fruits to the granola.
7. Store the granola in an airtight container.
