A delightful Christmas-flavored granola featuring cranberries, white chocolate, and cinnamon. Perfect as a gift or a treat for yourself!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds)
- 1 dl dried cranberries
- 50 g white chocolate
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil (e.g., coconut oil or canola oil)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Melt the oil and honey together in a saucepan over low heat. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Roast the granola in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
6. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool. Once cool, add the dried cranberries and chopped white chocolate.
7. Mix well and transfer to an airtight container or enjoy immediately!
