A delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional granola. This raw version is packed with flavor and energy, and it comes together quickly without baking.

Ingredients:

- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1 dl seeds (such as sunflower seeds or flaxseeds)
- 1 dl dried fruits (such as dates or raisins)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 dl coconut oil (melted)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
2. Add the honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Spread the mixture into an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Allow the mixture to dry at room temperature for about 1-2 hours or until it reaches your desired crunchiness.
5. Store the rawnola in an airtight container.
