Ingredients:
- 2 dl almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (such as walnuts or sliced almonds)
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together almond milk, chia seeds, blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Let the mixture sit for about 15-20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soak and thicken.
2. Prepare the rawnola by combining rolled oats, nuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Optionally, you can add a little maple syrup for extra flavor.
