Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4-6 dates
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
- A dash of cardamom
Instructions:
1. Pour the almond milk, dates, cocoa powder, vanilla powder, salt, and cardamom into a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
2. Gently stir in the chia seeds by hand.
3. Pour the pudding into bowls or glass containers and cover them.
4. Allow the pudding to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until it reaches the desired consistency.
