A delightful Christmas treat that brings joy to both children and adults. Easy to make and fun to decorate! Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: about 12 gingerbread reindeer
Ingredients:
- Gingerbread dough (store-bought or homemade) - White icing
- Decorative sprinkles
- Gingerbread man cookie cutter
Instructions:
1. Prepare the gingerbread dough and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thick. 2. Use the cookie cutter to cut out gingerbread men and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake the gingerbread at 180°C (350°F) for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool.
4. Pipe icing onto the head of the cooled gingerbread man to create the reindeer's head.
5. Decorate the reindeer's ears with gingerbread man's hands and the antlers with icing on the reindeer's legs.
6. Finish off the cute reindeer with decorative sprinkles.
