Ingredients:
- 400 g plain yogurt
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2-3 apples
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- Optional for garnish: cinnamon or nuts
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, whip together the yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Peel and slice the apples. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
4. Pour the cheese mixture into a greased baking dish and arrange the apple slices on top.
5. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the top is golden brown.
6. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
7. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon or nuts before serving.
