A quick and easy pasta dish perfect for a weeknight dinner, combining ham and spinach in a creamy sauce that crowns the meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 150 g diced ham
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly browned.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
5. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Stir in the cooked pasta into the sauce. Add reserved cooking water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
7. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve immediately while warm.
