Description: These savory pies filled with fresh spinach and feta cheese are a perfect addition to any meal or a delicious snack.

Serving Size: 6 pies
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made pie dough
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 1 egg for brushing
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add chopped onion. Sauté the onion until soft.
2. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool for a moment.
3. In a bowl, mix the cooled spinach, crumbled feta cheese, cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and oregano.
4. Roll out the pie dough and line pie dishes with it. Pour the filling into the dishes.
5. Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the pies are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
