Ingredients:

- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl warm water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 dl mixed favorite fruits (e.g., apple, banana, orange, grapes)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 dl yogurt (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Preparation: Heat the water until it is lukewarm.
2. Making the Dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Add the oil and warm water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is elastic.
3. Rising: Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Shaping the Buns: Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces and shape them into buns. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Second Rise: Allow the buns to rise for another 15 minutes.
6. Baking: Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F). Bake the buns for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
7. Fruit Salad: Chop the fruits into small pieces and mix them in a bowl. Add honey if desired.
8. Serving: Enjoy the buns with yogurt and serve the fruit salad separately.
