A delicious and easy-to-make bread perfect for outings or picnics. This soft and flavorful bread can be filled to your liking. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 pieces
Ingredients
- 2 dl water - 2 tsp dry yeast
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 dl bread flour
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
1. Warm the water to lukewarm and mix in the dry yeast. Let it rest for about 5 minutes until it starts to bubble. 2. Gradually add the salt, bread flour, and all-purpose flour to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Finally, add the oil and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
5. Lightly knead the dough again and shape it into your desired loaf size. Place the bread on a baking sheet.
6. Allow the bread to rise for another 15 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F) and bake the bread for about 20-25 minutes until it is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let the bread cool before filling it.
