A delicious and savory muffin perfect for picnics or snacks!

Ingredients

- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 150 g smoked ham, diced
- 6 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl oil
- 100 g grated cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and smoked ham until well combined.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and oil.
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
6. Gently fold in the grated cheese.
7. Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
