Ingredients:
- 1 loaf whole grain bread
- 200 g deli meat (e.g., ham or chicken)
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pack of mixed greens
- 1 dl hummus
- 4 apples
- 1 pack of nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- Juice or smoothie for drinking
- Picnic plates and blankets
Instructions:
1. Prepare the sandwiches: Spread hummus on the bread, then layer with deli meat and cheese.
2. Slice the avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes, and add them on top of the sandwich.
3. Pack the picnic: Place the sandwiches, mixed greens, fruits, and nuts in separate containers.
4. Fill drink bottles with juice or smoothie.
5. Bring along picnic plates and blankets.
