Ingredients:
- 240 g pasta
- Salt for the pasta water
- 50 g butter
- 10 fresh sage leaves (or more to taste)
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
2. In a skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Once the butter stops foaming and begins to brown, add the sage leaves.
3. Fry the sage leaves briefly until they are crispy.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the skillet with the sage and butter and toss well to combine, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.
5. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
