- 100 ml honey
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or mint)
Instructions:
1. Slice the baguette and arrange the pieces on a serving platter. 2. Crumble the goat cheese and spread it over the baguette slices.
3. Chop the dried apricots into small pieces and sprinkle them over the cheese.
4. Top with nuts and fresh berries.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper together. Drizzle the dressing over the platter.
