Ingredients:

- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 150 g dark organic chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. Melt the dark chocolate, butter, and heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
4. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool to room temperature and then add the eggs.
5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until the batter is smooth.
6. Divide the batter into muffin liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
