A delicious and easy salmon-spinach pasta that brings flavors from Southern Germany. Perfect for a quick dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or fusilli) - 200 g fresh salmon
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and save a little pasta water. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a moment.
3. Add the salmon to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Flake the salmon into small pieces.
4. Add the spinach to the pan and stir until it wilts slightly.
5. Pour in the cream and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water as needed.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
