A quick and delicious recipe combining spicy sausages and spinach in a creamy sauce, ready in about 20 minutes! Perfect for a fast dinner.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 250 g spicy sausages (e.g., bratwurst or pepper sausage)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the sausages into pieces.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the sausage slices to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
6. Pour in the cream and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Add reserved cooking water if needed.
7. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
