A flavorful and spicy chicken dish marinated in yogurt and traditional Indian spices. Preparation Time: 12 hours (including marinating)

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 tbsp red tandoori masala
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp dried red chili powder
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the salt, yogurt, crushed garlic, tandoori masala, vegetable oil, chili powder, and white wine vinegar until well combined.
2. Coat the chicken breast fillets thoroughly with the marinade.
3. Cover the marinated chicken and refrigerate overnight.
4. Grill or pan-fry the chicken fillets until cooked through and serve with your choice of side dishes.
