Ingredients:
- 1 savory pie crust
- 2 eggs
- Approximately 150 g cooked chicken
- 0.5 - 1 dl tandoori sauce
- 1 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., coriander) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the savory pie crust in a pie dish.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly.
4. Add the cream, tandoori sauce, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
5. Tear the cooked chicken into small pieces and add it to the egg mixture. Stir all ingredients thoroughly.
6. Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
8. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
