Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes
- Red onion
- Fresh cilantro
- Fresh chili
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the red onion into small cubes.
2. Chop the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
3. Add the diced red onion to the tomatoes.
4. Finely chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl.
5. Dice the fresh chili to your preferred spice level and mix it in.
6. Squeeze lime juice into the mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Stir all the ingredients well and let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
