Description: A delicious vegan treat that resembles small potatoes, made with dark chocolate, coconut cream, and almond flour. Preparation Time: 40 minutes (including chilling time)
Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 100 g almond flour
- 2 tbsp rum
- Cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Mix the melted chocolate with the coconut cream until well combined.
3. Add the almond flour and rum to the mixture, and stir until smooth.
4. Shape the mixture into small "potato" shapes using your hands.
5. Roll the confections in cocoa powder until fully coated.
6. Chill the confections in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
