Ingredients:
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g butter (room temperature)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 ml cream
- 300-400 g berries or fruits (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, or apples)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Add the room temperature butter and rub it into the flour mixture until crumbly.
4. Add the egg and mix until the dough is smooth.
5. Press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a thin layer.
6. Pre-bake the crust in the oven for 10 minutes.
7. Remove the pre-baked crust from the oven and pour the cream over it, then add the berries or fruits on top.
8. Bake the pie for an additional 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
