Ingredients:
- 500 g new potatoes
- 140 g bacon
- 1 bunch green onions
- 50 g butter
- Salt to taste
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water for about 5 minutes. Cool the potatoes under cold water.
2. Cut the cooled potatoes in half.
3. Chop the bacon, green onions, and (if using) garlic.
4. Preheat the grill and place a heat-resistant pan on it to heat up.
5. Add the bacon to the pan and cook until it starts to brown.
6. Add the butter and then the potato halves to the pan. Season with salt.
7. Toss the mixture to allow the bacon fat to coat the potatoes, giving them a nice color.
8. Grill for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
