Ingredients:

- 200 g mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and place them in a large bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper, and add them to the bowl.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and include them in the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
5. Cut the avocado into wedges and gently add them to the salad.
6. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the salad.
7. Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.
8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
