Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ciabatta bread or baguette
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Dice the tomato and garlic clove into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the avocado.
3. Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado-tomato mixture, add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Slice the ciabatta bread or baguette and lightly toast the slices.
5. Spoon the avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley leaves before serving.
