Ingredients:
- 2 ripe persimmons
- 100 g salad mix (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad mix and dry it well.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
3. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings.
4. Cut the persimmons into slices or cubes.
5. In a bowl, combine the salad mix, cucumber, red onion, and persimmons.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
7. Add the nuts to the salad mixture.
8. To make the dressing, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
9. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
10. Serve immediately.
