A delightful and easy dairy-free persimmon parfait that combines sweet persimmons with a creamy cashew mixture. This recipe is a great option for a clean eating diet and body cleansing.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes + 2 hours chilling time
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours)
- 2 cups almond milk or other plant-based milk alternative
- 2 ripe persimmons
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the soaked cashews and place them in a blender.
2. Add almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
3. Peel and chop the persimmons. Add half of the persimmons to the blender and blend gently to create a beautiful fruit mixture.
4. Take out four serving glasses. Start layering: first add cashew mixture, then the persimmon mixture. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up.
5. Top with the remaining persimmons and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
6. Allow the parfait to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
