Delicious chicken breasts coated in a mixture of parsley and Parmesan cheese, perfect for dinner or special occasions. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 3 servings
Ingredients:
- Coarse sea salt- Freshly ground black pepper
- Cooking fat (approximately 100 ml)
- Approximately 100 ml chopped parsley
- Approximately 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pack of chicken breast fillets (3 pieces, unseasoned)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.2. Gently pound the chicken breast fillets to make them thin and even in thickness.
3. Dredge the pounded fillets in the parsley-Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
4. Heat a frying pan and add the cooking fat.
5. Cook the chicken breasts in the pan until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Season the cooked chicken with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
7. Serve with a bubbly vegetable gratin and garnish the dish with chervil.
