Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh vendace- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 dl rapeseed oil (for frying)
- Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Clean the vendace thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.2. In a plate, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
3. Dip the vendace in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
4. Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the vendace in the oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Place the fried vendace on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve the vendace with lemon slices.
