This delicious beef and potato patty is easy to make and features tasty ingredients. The beetroot adds a beautiful color and sweet flavor to the patties.
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml milk or other liquid
- 200 g cooked beetroot, diced
- 50 g capers (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, grated potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the milk and stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Gently fold in the diced beetroot.
4. Shape the mixture into patties.
5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
6. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
7. Serve the patties warm, topped with capers or on the side.
