A delicious and traditional Finnish dish inspired by French cuisine, combining meat and fish, perfect for a festive lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

- 300 g beef (e.g., roast)
- 200 g herring (salted)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil the beef in salted water until cooked, then allow it to cool.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in butter in a frying pan until golden brown.
3. Finely chop the cooled beef and salted herring. Add them to the pan with the onion mixture.
4. Stir in the cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until well combined.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh dill.
