A delicious and elegant dish honoring Marshal Mannerheim's beloved Finnish perch, combining traditional flavors with a modern twist. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 perch fillets - 1 dl cream
- 1 dl white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until it is soft and translucent.2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
3. Place the perch fillets in the skillet and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes until the fish is beautifully golden and cooked through.
4. Pour in the white wine and cream. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
7. Serve the perch with lemon slices on the side.
