Ingredients:
- 400 g white fish fillets- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
Kiwi Sauce:
- 2 ripe kiwis- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell peppers.2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the fish, bell peppers, and seasonings to the pan. Cook until the fish is done and the peppers are tender.
4. Prepare the kiwi sauce: blend the kiwis, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt.
5. Fill the tortillas with the fish and bell pepper mixture and serve with the kiwi sauce.
