A delicious and easy-to-make stuffed tortilla perfect for a quick meal or snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tomato
- 2 tortillas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of light cottage cheese
- Jalapeño slices (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Spread light cottage cheese on one tortilla.
2. Finely chop the garlic and slice the tomato.
3. Evenly distribute the chopped garlic and tomato slices on top of the tortilla.
4. Add your desired amount of jalapeño slices on top of the filling.
5. Press the second tortilla on top to create a sandwich.
6. Cut the tortilla into 6-8 pieces and serve.
