Description: A fresh and delicious Greek salad, perfect as a side dish for summer meals.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh oregano (optional)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and slice the cucumber.
2. Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.
3. In a large salad bowl, combine all the vegetables, cubed feta cheese, and olives.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
6. Garnish with fresh oregano if desired.
7. Serve immediately.
