Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne) - 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g black olives
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the black olives.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and olives, and sauté for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Crumble feta cheese over the pasta and gently mix.
6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
