Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml dried chanterelles (or other dried mushrooms)
- Butter for frying
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml all-purpose flour
- 125 g diced bacon
- 500 g prepared mashed potatoes
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the prepared, cooled mashed potatoes with the eggs and dried mushrooms. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
2. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder, along with the diced bacon, to the rested mixture. Stir well to combine.
3. Heat a frying pan and add butter. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
