Ingredients:
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Add the flour to the butter and mix well to avoid lumps.
3. Gradually pour in the cream and milk, stirring continuously.
4. Heat the sauce over medium heat until it begins to thicken.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Serve warm!
