- 1 can (2 dl) of quark
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp marmalade
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp raisins
Instructions:
1. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the quark, vanilla sugar, chopped almonds, marmalade, sugar, and raisins until well combined.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture to keep it light and airy.
4. Serve by garnishing with your choice of fruits.
