A quick and delicious way to enjoy your own filled tortillas. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn flour- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups water
Fillings (choose your favorites):
- Cooked ground beef or chicken- Shredded cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Salsa
- Sour cream or yogurt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together corn flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.2. Add olive oil and water, and stir until the dough is smooth.
3. Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and shape them into balls.
4. Roll each ball into thin tortillas on a floured surface.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the tortillas for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they have a slight color.
6. Fill the tortillas with your chosen fillings and enjoy!
