A delicious and affordable entrecôte served in soft tortillas with fresh salsa. Perfect for gatherings or weekend indulgence.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g entrecôte beef
- 8 soft tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lime
- 1 dl fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl salsa

Instructions:

1. Take the entrecôte out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking.
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
4. Sear the entrecôte for about 4-5 minutes on each side until medium-rare.
5. Let the meat rest for a moment, then slice it thinly.
6. Prepare the toppings: chop the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
7. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
8. Assemble the tacos: place sliced beef, avocado, tomato, red onion, coriander, and a squeeze of lime juice on each tortilla.
9. Top with salsa and serve immediately.
