Grilled Entrecôte with Chimichurri Sauce

Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus 30 minutes resting time)
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 entrecôte steaks
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 dl fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Take the entrecôte steaks out and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is achieved.
5. To prepare the chimichurri sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes after grilling.
7. Serve the entrecôte steaks with chimichurri sauce and enjoy your summer meal!
