Entrecôte Steaks with Herb Butter

Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus 30 minutes resting time) Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 entrecôte steaks
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 50 g butter
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. Preheat the grill or skillet to high heat.
4. Cook the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
5. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the herb butter by mixing the softened butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and lemon juice in a bowl.
6. Once cooked, place the steaks on a plate and top with the herb butter.
7. Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes before serving.
8. Serve with your choice of side dishes. Enjoy!
