A spicy Argentine chimichurri sauce that pairs perfectly with grilled meats, chicken, fish, and vegetables. This delicious sauce also makes a great marinade. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped - 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 - 1 red chili, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Allow the sauce to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
