A unique and flavorful twist on traditional hot dogs, topped with zesty chimichurri sauce. Perfect for summer barbecues!

Ingredients:

- 4 hot dog buns
- 400 g crab (cooked)
- 1 dl chimichurri sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 dl fresh cilantro
- 1/2 dl red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime juice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chimichurri sauce by mixing chopped cilantro, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Peel and slice the avocado.
3. Warm the hot dog buns on the grill or in the oven.
4. Fill the warm buns with crab and top with chimichurri sauce.
5. Place avocado slices on top of the hot dogs.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
